How to read the Mutual Fund quote chart on Yahoo Finance?

If you are interested to buy or sell some shares of a mutual fund, you should read information its price chart provided by Yahoo Finance as described below.

1. Go to finance.yahoo.com/quote/VTSAX/. You will see the live stock quote chart for "VTSAX", the Vanguard Total Stock Mkt Idx Adm share.

2. Read the chart top down and left right.

Nasdaq - Delayed Quote • USD - This tells us that quotes are delayed, in US dollars, and from Nasdaq (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations), which is an electronic securities exchange.
